WFH Entry-Level Online Chat Representative/CSR (Remote)

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Online Chat Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product or service information — all through live chat. You'll represent our brand voice and ensure a positive experience for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions

* Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps and product navigation

* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company updates, and support policies

* Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve service quality

Requirements:

* Excellent written communication skills

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

* Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and web-based applications

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

* A calm, patient, and positive attitude under pressure

* Previous experience in customer service or online support is not needed but can be a bonus
